PEACH PANCAKE

Can you guess what I'm going to share with you today???

Our father brought peaches today. So I wanted to make something easy and tasty from those peaches. 

It is peach pancake...πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

These peach pancakes are suitable for breakfast or for tea time with a glass of milk.

Now it's time to share the recipe with you.

Ingredients for the pancake batter

  • 250 g  Flour
  • 250 g peaches
  • 50 g melted butter or oil
  • 15 g  Sugar
  • 10 g Baking powder
  • 240 ml milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • pinch of salt

Equipments you need-

  • whisk / spatula /spoon
  • A large bowl
  • A frying pan
  • A brush to apply oil on the pan
  • A ladle

Let's see how to make this tasty batter


Before we make the pancake batter ,we must mix the peaches until become puree.

when it is done we will move to make the batter.

First put all the dry ingredients meaning the flour,sugar,baking powder and salt to the large bowl and give a good mix.

Then add peach puree ,milk,melted butter and 2 eggs to that same bowl.

Mix them well to combine all the ingredients .

And now you will get a smooth batter.Do not over mix the batter.

Now the batter is ready.


Let's ready to cook .

First take the frying pan and heat it over medium low heat.

And brush the pan with some oil.

When the pan is heated pour some batter into it by using a ladle or a spoon as round as possible.

Let the pancake to cook for 2,3 minutes.

And turn other side of the pancake.

Take the pancake out from the frying pan after the pancake get golden brown.

Continue the above steps until the batter finishes.

Your fluffy pan cakes are ready to eat.

They smell delicious...Mouth is wateringπŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹


You can eat these with any jam, cream cheese or with honey.


You will take ,

12-15 minutes to prepare  the batter.

20-25 minutes to fry pancakes


You are able to make 10-12 pancakes .
