ICE CREAM ROLL
1. 6 eggs2. 1cup or 150g sugar
3. 1/2 or 75g Coco powder
4. 1/2 or 75g cake flour
5. 1tsp of baking soda
6. 1tsp of baking powder
(If you don't have baking soda you may add 2tsp of baking powder)
7. 2tsp of oil
8. 2tsp of vanilla
1. A hand mixer or a whisk
2. A large bowl to mix ingredients
3. Parchment papers or oil papers
4. Kitchen towel
5. Baking tray
6. Spatula or a spoon
How to make the cake
First you need to apply some butter or oil to the bake tray and put the oil paper into it and keep it in a side.
And also pre heat the oven to 180°c for 10mins before you bake the cake.
After that strain all dry ingredients for 3 times.( Coco powder,flour, baking powder, baking soda)
Note- So there won't
be any lumps in the cake batter
Then mix them
together.
Next put 6 eggs to a large bowl and beat or whisk it by using a whisk or a hand mixer.
While beating add sugar,oil and vanilla extract.
Beat this mixer until sugar is well disolved.
After that add mixed dry ingredients to this egg and sugar mixer and Mix them together by using a rubber spatula.Make sure that there aren't lumps.
Then pour this cake batter in to the baking tray.And tap it until the air bubbles get removed.
Finally bake it for only around 15mins in 180°c temperature.This is very thin cake.(the time depends on your oven)
After 15mins check whether the cake is baked or not by using a wooden stick/toothpick.
There is no time for cooling.Once you get the cake from the oven invert the warm cake on to a parchment paper or a oil paper immediately.Then gently roll the cake and also cover it from a clean kitchen towel and refrigerate it for about 30mins .
Now it's time to
assemble the cake...
Open the cake and fill it with your favorite ice cream and spread it evenly by using a spatula or a spoon. Here I used chocolate and vanilla ice cream. And roll it back.Now freeze it for 2hours.
After that you may decorate the top of the cake by using chocolate ganache, chocolate mirror glaze, butter icing...etc.its up to your taste.

I used chocolate mirror glaze to cover the cake and some chocolates and sticks to decorate.
(Melt some dark chocolates and draw a design you like on the top of a parchment paper. Then freeze it. Finally remove it from the parchment paper and decorate the cake by using them)
Note - (It will take 15 minutes to prepare the cake batter.15 minutes to bake it.You may take 20-25 minutes to prepare the chocolate glaze/icing/chocolate ganaache.)
It's time to taste it..
