CHOCOLATE CUP CAKES

This recipe is specially for  cake lovers….prepare this by your own hands. See how tasty it is.. you will keep making cakes for every day for sure.

Ok. now  I’m going to share the recipe with you guys.

Ingredients for the cup cake batter

  • 125 g Butter
  • 105 g  Flour (I used cake flour)
  • 20 g  Chco powder
  • 125 g  Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tsp milk + 1 tsp coffee powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the icing you need…

  • 100 g butter
  • 250 g icing sugar
  • 15 g coco powder
  • 2 tsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Equipments you need-

  • A hand mixer or a whisk
  • A large bowl
  • Cup cake liners
  • Cup cake tray
  • Spatula or a wooden stick or a spoon
  • A nozzle for the icing
  • A piping bag

How to make the cake

First you need to apply some butter or oil to the cup cake tray and put the cup cake liners  into it and keep it in a side.

Now pre heat the oven to 180°c for 10 mins before you bake those cup cake.

After that sift all dry ingredients for two times (flour, coco powder ,baking powder)

Then put butter in to a large bowl and beat it by using a hand mixer or a whisk until it comes to a cream. Next add sugar little by little, and beat until the sugar get well dissolved .

Now add two eggs and again beat it well.

It’s time to add dry ingredients .

Add sifted flour, coco powder, baking powder little by little and fold the batter by using a spatula or a wooden stick or a spoon.

Finally add vanilla  and mix it.

 

The cake batter is ready to bake.

Take the cup cake tray and put 2 spoons of batter for each cup cake liner.

Tap the tray for two or three times and bake these cup cakes to 180°c for 30-35 minutes.

While our cuppies are baking we will move to make the icing.

Take a bowl and then put butter in to it .

By using a hand mixer or a whisk beat the butter until it comes to a cream.

Then add icing sugar and coco powder little by little and beat it.

Finally add both vanilla and milk .

Then beat it well.

Now your creamy icing is ready.

Take the cup cakes from the oven and  keep it until it completely get cool.

After that apply the icing by using the nozzle and the piping bag on the top of the cup cakes .

You can make this easily .

20 minutes to prepare the cake batter

15 minutes to prepare the icing

You can prepare up to 8-10 cup cakes.
